- "Nation building" became a political dirty word after Vietnam. But S. Vietnam was not really interested in becoming a western client nation and I don't think LBJ had a clue. However where the citizenry was willing the US was able to help build 2 robust nations; Japan and Germany.

- Let's call it Ballbuster. Do a parody of the "Ghostbuster" song explaining the problem. You could ask Rachel's musical friends, that make Katy Couric sing, to put something together.
